Summertime Workouts!
I am not sure if it was the long winter but I am really enjoying this summer weather and my workouts are that much better! Maybe it's because I am wearing tank tops and want to make sure I look the part! My strength training sessions with the Equalizer have been awesome. All the push-up combinations I have been doing have really helped- I got on the bench the other day and was pleasantly surprised with my strength! Every summer we run hills on Friday nights as well- that is one heck of a workout... time to get back out in the sunshine... to find out what's new. Here is a link to our latest newsletter.
