Wanted: Equalizer Course Conductors

It is the goal of Fitness Kickboxing Canada and Lebert Fitness Inc. to bring standardized training for fitness professionals across Canada to deliver a safe, efficient and exciting program involving athletic training utilizing the "Equalizer". We are currently seeking to assemble a strong talented team of Course Conductors to teach our course material to fitness instructors and personal trainers from coast to coast and implement our unique program to the general public. Program Overview

You will be provided with intensive training and resource manuals that will help you with all aspects of advertising, teaching and conducting a course as well as starting your own program. You will also receive training in our marketing, business policy and procedures. We will advertise your courses and program information on our website as well as all of your contact information. We will also arrange to have your courses available to Can-Fit-Pro to advertise under their Calendar of Events section.

Course Conductor Responsibilities

Your responsibility is to teach the course in accordance with the Course Conductor manuals.

Course Conductors will receive training and manuals to teach the following courses:

• The "Equalizer" LEVEL 1 - Basic Instructor Course
• The "Equalizer" LEVEL 2 - Advanced Instructor Course

Qualifications

To be considered for a Course Conductor position you should posses a combination of the following attributes:

• A current certification as a fitness instructor or a personal trainer.
• Experience operating a fitness program or personal training business.
• Experience presenting workshops or courses.
• Willing to attend our Course Conductor Preparation Course.
• The ability to operate and manage a fast growing business.
• A genuine passion for fitness!

There will be limited numbers of Course Conductors in each province/territory so don’t delay.

The Course Conductor Preparation Course

Once you have been approved, you will be notified and required to attend the preparation course. This course will provide you with the training to deliver the courses, operate the courses and all business details including the remuneration structure.

You are responsible for your own travel and accommodation to attend this preparation course.
